The "T&T Società Cooperativa S.r.l." (abbreviated to T&T Soc. Coop.), otherwise known as T&T or Ente morale, is a legal entity with perfect patrimonial autonomy.
T&T was founded in Gattatico (RE), ITALY in 2003 by a group of travel agents, initially called T&T Società Cooperativa S.r.l. and deals with the organization of group travel for large groups of people.
In defining the travel and tourism agency, the reference to art. 9 of the first framework law 217/1983 is maintained, in fact: "Travel and tourism agencies are companies that carry out production activities, organization of trips and stays, intermediation in the aforementioned services or even both activities, including the tasks of assistance and reception of tourists. They arose thanks to two specific needs":
o   The organization and production of trips for tourist or business purposes,
o   The sale of services related to airline ticketing, the booking of accommodation services, the production and sale of access and reception services.
In 2019, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, T&T Società Cooperativa S.r.l. is an active part in the relaunch of Italian tourism and bringing attention to the advantages of the sector, the board also carries out humanitarian actions by collaborating with the Italian association "IPPOCRATE'
T&T Società Cooperativa S.r.l. is an organization founded on the contribution of work and capital of its members.
The aim is to obtain goods and services at advantageous conditions, avoiding intermediaries.
To celebrate the 22nd anniversary of T&T Società Cooperativa S.r.l., the corporate structure replaces the legal form and the company name to T&T S.r.l. (Limited Liability Company); the transformation of the company is necessary to restructure and requalify work after the COVID-19 pandemic.
To date, T&T has 3,900 points of sale in Italy, 1,500 points of sale in Europe and 3,000 workers will be hired by 2030, also thanks to "ambassador" subjects who represent interests.

OBLIVION Fund, a Luxembourg investment fund specialized in the valorization of "intellectual wealth", led by the holding company "FINANCIÈRE DU MARAIS S.A", becomes a partner of T&T S.r.l., reaching a minimum of 51% of the company shares by 2026, the first deadline for the transformation of T&T S.r.l. into a joint-stock company (S.p.A).]
The business pillars of the holding "FINANCIÈRE DU MARAIS S.A" are four (4):
1.      portfolio diversification;
2.      cash flow;
3.      the solid balance sheet;
4.      corporate culture.
The products of the holding "FINANCIÈRE DU MARAIS S.A", are Insurance, Investments, Financial services, Media, Real estate, Agri-food processing, Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer goods, Internet.
Upon completion of the legal transformation into a joint-stock company, T&T S.p.A. will be listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
To date, T&T has obtained the representation of two (2) European airlines; for the near future T&T begins to dedicate itself to international tourism with ad-hoc services, and also begins to deal with foreign and long-haul destinations.
By 2027, T&T will be joined by other institutional entities with interests in the company with the aim of a rapid rise in the international tourism market, while entrepreneur Fabio DE LUCA is appointed Director and Coordinator of Multilevel Cooperation .
T&T's investment plan includes acquisitions in the tourism sector; T&T has announced new strategic agreements and the expansion of its aircraft fleet.

The philosophy of T&T.
The T&T company can be defined as a Tour operator that produces a Trip.
The journey, in the tourist's imagination, is something more than a flight plus a hotel; it is not limited to providing the basic elements on which the traveler builds his own journey.
T&T provides the entire trip, organizing the entire itinerary, taking away any burden from the tourist, creating a complete product, which invites the consumer to buy and savor it as it is.
T&T can help the traveler, saving him some annoying tasks (reservations, buying tickets, etc.) or, invite him to go where he would not be able to go on his own, because he does not have the information and experience to do so.
We can therefore speak of an "author" tour operator, who creates a personalized and exclusive product such as the wedding planner, also known by the English expression Wedding planner.
The wedding planner is a professional figure who provides couples who are about to get married with some kind of advice regarding the organization of the wedding day; this type of activity has become firmly established in the United States of America and in other Western nations.
The role of the wedding planner is mainly to relieve the couple from worries due to the complexity of organizational problems or, sometimes, the inexperience of the future spouses, while reducing the risks of real stressful situations.
In international culture, a wedding planner potentially deals with all aspects of wedding planning.
The wedding planner follows the couple (or the families of the bride and groom) from the beginning to the end, and sometimes even beyond, the wedding ceremony and reception. The level of involvement can vary on a logistical level from the key aspects to that of "artistic director" of the ceremony and reception (including the style of the staff).
Thanks to T&T with a better knowledge of the tourist market, including price ranges, the wedding planner service offers, among the key aspects, consultancy and coordination for the identification, selection and formalization of contracts with service providers, including for example setting, floral decorations, rental of representative cars, photographic services, catering and cake design, and graphic, artistic and aesthetic aspects rather than general logistical ones.
In the specific case of T&T as a destination wedding planner, that is, the person who takes care of managing the event in a location or country different and far from the couples' country of residence, the work also includes additional logistical and bureaucratic aspects and the professional activity entrusted can be based either in the country of origin or in the one chosen for the event.
In these situations, mutual trust and the reputation of both parties are considered fundamental.

In Italy, the phenomenon of foreign weddings has developed since the end of the 80s, the market has grown enormously since then and today Italy is one of the most popular destinations in the world for weddings of foreign citizens (destination wedding), especially from English-speaking countries The wedding planning sector and related businesses (tailoring, catering, floriculture, rental, video and photography companies, etc.) had reached a turnover in Italy of approximately 15 billion euros in 2019.
